More often than not, the red carpet arrivals are more exciting then the actual Oscars themselves. Well, it definitely was the case when these 5 historically gorgeous gowns, worn by even more gorgeous actresses, strolled down the Red Carpet on Fashion's biggest night.
So, here are some of our top 5 favorite Oscar Dresses, and the styling tools used to pull the look off.
1: Charlize Theron - 2002 - A gorgeous Tangerine Vera Wang Gown. A Low back, thin straps and Plunging neckline are no match for Stylin' Tape.
2: Halle Berry - 2002 - An Elie Saab Stunner. Mesh, and appliques, and an acceptance speech for best Actress are no match for Nippies basics.
3: Hilary Swank - 2005 - Guy Laroche's backless dress that set the bar for all backless dresses to date. The front is as smooth as can be. Merci beaucoup, Nippies Skin.
4: Mila Kinus - 2011 - Elie Saab's delicate, beautiful lilac frock was perfect for this Hollywood hottie. Ahem, Nippies Skin are the tool to pull the dress off comfortably.
5: Penelope Cruz - 2007 - The stunning Champagne strapless Versace. Stylin' Tape keeps a dress like this in place, and doesn't damage any of the amazing fabric or details. Gosh this dress was a beauty.
Looking forward to seeing some more stunners on Sunday...

Rihanna, Amber Rose, Taylor Swift and Anne V topped our list of Grammy Red Carpet head turners this year. Ok Anne V is only Dating a musician, not a musician herself, but with legs and a dress like that she had to be in the top 4. Adam must be so proud.
So here are our top 4 looks.
#1 Rihanna in Armani . This backless, deep plunging dress brought a black dress to a new level of jaw-dropping hotness. Add in her accessories and blonde wavy 'do for an overall stunning, yet daring, all around awesome look. (Now is a good time to mention she's 99.9% certain to be using some type of Stylin' Tape)
#2 Amber Rose in Versace. Bright colors & Versace, really you can't go wrong. Paired with her bright red lips, she was elegant, but fun and funky... exactly what we love about the Grammy red carpet.
#3. Anne V in Anthony Vaccarello. Yes, it might be a wee bit daring, but hey, The Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue comes out this week, and only about .0001% of the world's population could pull off a dress like this. She kept everything else simple and natural. Well done Anne You looked hot. See you in a bikini in a few days.
#4 Taylor Swift in Zuhair Murad. A fun, unique and gold dress that conveniently coordinated with all her awards she won...again. It seems Taylor is always a winner, in fashion and music.
